These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Consultin AI Pty Ltd ("we", "us"), the publisher of Combine 24. By installing or using Combine 24 you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

About Combine 24

Combine 24 is a free math card game. You're shown four number cards and use +, −, ×, ÷ and parentheses to combine them into 24. It's a game — not a substitute for professional teaching or assessment.

Using the app

By using Combine 24 you agree to:

Accounts

An account is optional. If you create one, you must provide an accurate email address that you control. You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

Intellectual property

The app's name, logo, design, text, and code belong to Consultin AI Pty Ltd. You may not copy, repackage, or redistribute the app or its content without our written permission. The 24 game itself is a classic public-domain puzzle — anyone can play it.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Combine 24 is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it fun and working, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or fit any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Consultin AI Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Combine 24. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable rights.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
